The careers of Rodolpho Barbosa de Almeida and Fernando Alexandre de Lima combine technical knowledge, innovation and purpose. Leading RR Obras e Reformas, the entrepreneurs have focused on delivering projects that prioritize quality, efficiency and attention to detail.
According to the directors, the company was founded about five years ago with the aim of offering a new approach to construction — more human, transparent and customer-centered. “RR was born from a genuine desire to do things differently. We believe that building goes far beyond raising walls; it is about transforming spaces and making dreams come true,” says Rodolpho Almeida.
The partners say the company’s growth has been gradual and steady. RR started with small renovations and now handles full construction projects, both residential and commercial, while maintaining close attention to every detail. One of the most notable recent undertakings was the renovation of the Santos Futebol Clube Training Center hotel, which modernized the facility used by the team. The work received broad recognition after the inauguration attended by Neymar, his father and members of the Santos squad.
With a portfolio that combines technical skill and forward-looking vision, RR also stands out for projects in Riviera de Santa Cristina XIII, where it is executing ten custom residences simultaneously. For these developments the company has employed multiple construction systems — structural masonry, EPS and Steel Frame — prioritizing sustainability, efficiency and optimal use of each lot.
The partnership between the two entrepreneurs is identified as one of the company’s strengths. Rodolpho leads the technical and execution side, while Fernando focuses on commercial relations and the brand’s strategic positioning. This complementary division of roles provides agility and consistency in deliveries, reinforcing client trust and the company’s development.
According to Fernando Lima, RR is now entering a new phase focused on innovation and strategic expansion. “We are launching an investment model that allows people to participate in our developments with security and profitability. We want to demonstrate that building can be accessible, intelligent and profitable,” he explains.
For the directors, RR’s future involves combining engineering, purpose and investment. “Our goal is to change the way Brazilians view the real estate market. More than building properties, we want to build opportunities and make dreams happen,” the entrepreneurs conclude.
